Events List Displays all the tasks/reminders and other events that currently stored by System Scheduler.
From here you can Edit, Duplicate, Delete, Enable, Disable or Run any event. Right Click the event and select from the menu.
You can also create a desktop shortcut to any of your events to be able to run them immediately from an icon. To do this right-click the event in the list and choose Create Desktop Shortcut
You can also view that events individual log file by right-clicking and choosing View Event Log.
You can also Sort the event list by clicking the appropriate column header.
Last Run / Next Run The events list will also indicate when each event was last run (if ever) and when it will next be run. If the Next Run field is blank, this indicates it has not been scheduled to run. Some other items that may appear in Next Run:
#_xxxxx (any Next Run starting with # indicates a special schedule option such as 'On Logon' or 'On Idle') >Date Range (you have set a date/time range in advanced but it is not valid) >1 Year (you have set date/time range or special days in advanced however no schedule is valid within the next year)
Backing Up / Moving Events All tasks/reminders in System Scheduler are stored in the sub-folder 'Events' created under the folder you installed System Scheduler (usually C:\Program Files\System Scheduler\Events).
If you want to backup your scheduled events either to restore in the event of system failure or to copy to another computer, simply copy the .INI files contained in the Events sub-folder. Each .INI file is a record of each event you have created.
To make a backup copy of your default preferences, you also need to copy the file 'Preferences.ini' from the folder where you installed System Scheduler.
