Title

This is the title for the event as listed in the 'View All Events' page. All Events

Sequence

This table displays your sequence of other events or commands that have been configured to run as part of this event. When this job is executed, the events and commands will be run in top-to-bottom order. You can change the order events will be run in by using the up/down arrow buttons, and you can delete an event from the list pressing the delete [x] button.

Add Event

Click this button to add an extra event to the sequence list. You will be presented with a list of all the exiting events already set up in System Scheduler, you can choose these one at a time to be run in sequence.

Add Command

You can add special commands into the list that are not actually other events. Most commonly used commands include:

Wait until previous application closes: This is particularly useful to make sure the next event/command in the sequence is not run until the previous application has closed. There has to be a Run Application event in the sequence prior to this command in order for this to work.

Wait for x seconds: If you know how long your need the computer to wait before executing the next command/event this is the best option.

Wait until Window Opens/Closes: Can be used to track Applications by their Window Title, or detect particular popup messages.

Other commands will be added in future releases of System Scheduler

Saving

Either click the Exit button and you will be prompted to save the reminder, or click the Action menu and Save.

Scheduling

Tasks can be scheduled to run once, every minute, hour, day, month or year. See Scheduling Options for more information.
